Dr. Christopher Justema is a native of Grand Haven, MI. Dr. Justema attended Michigan State University's Lyman Briggs College. He graduated with honors in 2007 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Human Biology. While at MSU, he observed a dentist in East Lansing for over 120 hours and became very passionate about dentistry. It became clear that dentists do not just repair teeth. A dentist improves their patient’s oral health, their smiles, and in many cases their self-esteem
Dr. Justema went on to attend the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry and graduated in the top of his class with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2011. While in dental school, he was involved with school organizations and participated in the Oral Cancer Walk, Give Kids a Smile, and Special Olympics: Special Smiles.
Following graduation from dental school, Dr. Justema moved back to West Michigan to practice dentistry for 5 years. He worked at two dental practices. One office provided family and cosmetic dentistry while the other provided emergency dental care.
Continuing education is a top priority for Dr. Justema in order to provide the best care for his patients. He is currently a member of the following professional organizations and attends seminars regularly to improve his skills.
- American Dental Association
- Michigan Dental Association
- West Michigan District Dental Society
- Muskegon District Dental Society
- Board Member (2014-2016)
- Jackson District Dental Society

When not furthering his education or practicing dentistry, Dr. Justema enjoys playing guitar, golfing, and spending time with his wife, as well as with, family and friends. He looks forward to practicing in Jackson, MI, where his wife Dr. Rosalee Beredo Justema grew up, and serving the local community.
